Villa in Giannoudi with private pool

This is a traditional Greek property with stone houses built around a courtyard with exotic tall trees. The holiday home can accommodate eight people and has a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pond and a separate barbecue area in the corner of the garden. The house is 200 years old and has been stylishly renovated. Through the garden and a staircase you reach a separate studio. The large garden is a little paradise where you can relax on sun loungers and under parasols.

The home is located on a mountain in the village of Giannoudi with only 20 inhabitants. The nearest town is Rethymno at 4.5 km. The beautiful sandy beach, several shops and many tavernas are only 2.5 km from the village and the villa.

The barbecue area has a large covered seating area where you can eat whatever the weather. The large house is ideal for a large family or several families who want to spend a dream vacation together.
