They are furnished with a double bed, a kitchenette, a dining table for 2, a modern shower/WC, and a balcony with patio furniture. All the studios are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen smart TVs, and Wi-Fi.
Upon entering the building, there is a small reception area, and outside, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds. Guests can also make use of a small gym, and all rooms are accessible via an elevator.
The location of these apartments is ideal, as they are just 300 meters away from the long sandy beach in Rethymno town, only 50 meters from a large supermarket, and a short walk to taverns and restaurants. A bus stop is conveniently situated just 100 meters away.
