Overview
Villa Asimenia is located in Agia Triada / Rethymno, Crete. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi

Layout

The villa is set on 3 levels. The main access is at pool level where a
spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, twin bedroom
and bathroom with shower are located.
Stairs lead up to the upper floor that comprises an impressive master
suite with en suite and balcony. There is also a double bedroom with en
suite and a further twin bedded room with en suite and terrace.
The ground floor, accessed via an internal staircase and opening
straight to the gardens has the 5th bedroom (twin) with en suite
bathroom. Beautiful gardens, with mature trees and flowers, surround
the villa providing a private and relaxing atmosphere.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
