My wife and I are seniors, we used our room specifically for a nice comfortable place to stay. It worked perfectly for us. Younger guests probably would take interest in other amenities. Quiet and clean.

The suite we stayed in was on the lower level with no elevator. We had to go down 3 sets of steps totaling 32 steps. As an older couple it was difficult to bring our luggage and other items down the steps and then back up when leaving. The breakfast was minimal and you had to put on a tray and bring it back to your room. Ridiculous!!!

Nice property

There was a mistake on their end and when I got there, they informed me that they didn’t have the room and they were switching me to one without the whirlpool. This was the reason I booked at this hotel but, they said because I booked on hotels.com, they couldn’t upgrade me. We went to the room and they called and said they actually could upgrade our room. Back to the lobby we go. The room we got was nice but the hassle was disappointing. Even more so because nobody called me ahead of time to figure it out.

We enjoyed our stay very must, property was well maintained. Only one thing we'd suggest is to put a safety bar for getting out of the tub/ shower. It was a bit dicey Thanks, we'll return next year.
