Ethria Pool Villa with heated Jacuzzi consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have double beds and one of them 2 singles. Also there is a comfy single sofa bed. The design of the bedrooms is pretty pleasant and homelike. There are 2 bathrooms, with shower. There is an open plan kitchen accompanied from a cozy sitting area and a relaxing living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation. Guests will find a screen TV and will have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.. Outdoors, there’s the wonderful private swimming pool & heated jacuzzi with its sunbeds for your ultimate relaxation. The surrounding is quite peaceful and inviting. Guests will find the BBQ facilities along with a cozy sitting area to enjoy a gathering with friends or family.
Ethria Pool Villa with heated Jacuzzi is only a walking distance far from the crystal clear waters of Afantou beach. Afantou village is a peaceful place and surely you’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should Visit Tsambika beach, the most idyllic beach of the island, which is only about a 10 minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about half an hour drive far from the Villa. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most beautiful beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of half an hour drive. The airport of Rhodes is only 26 minutes far from the villa.

Summer common silence hours 15:00 to 17:30 & 23:00 to 07:00

Villa Operation Report
It is essential that you inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours any irregularity and/or technical issues found upon check-in to intervene quickly by our staff. Any complaints that will be mentioned upon departure shall not be considered.
Parties & Loud music
Our guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors. Loud music & parties are not allowed in our property.
Damages
Nobody will intentionally damage things in the accommodation, but it can happen to anyone that things break. We are pleased if you inform us about damages and we do not have to find out after your departure or when the next tenants move in. Please note that broken furniture, equipment etc. must be reported to the host immediately and in some cases will be charged. For this reason, on arrival you will be pre-approved a sum of money as a guarantee which will be refunded one week after your departure as long as all the rules of the house have been observed.
Keys – Remote Controls
In case of loss of keys (failure to deliver the same number of keys provided on arrival) and/or damage on remote controls additional charge will be applied.
Forbidden Items
The following items are not allowed in the accommodation unit or anywhere on the outside areas of the property: firearms, easy flammable & explosive substances, substances with strong unpleasant odors.

During your stay:
Please respect the maximum number of occupants at all times. Guests can be visited by their friends during the day, but guests are obliged to inform the owner about it. Unreported guests are not allowed to stay in the accommodation unit.
Smoking only outdoors.
Pets are not allowed.
In Greece we use the bins for used papers, cotton buds, sanitary napkins, tampons, cotton swabs etc
We all think green so before you leaving the house make sure you have turned off all the air conditioners as well as all the electrical appliances. When operating the air conditioners do not leave windows and doors open to avoid power consumption and any air conditioning damage.
Food leftovers are to be disposed of with the residual waste in the bins.
During any possible bad weather we kindly ask our guests to close all the windows, all the balcony doors & the sunshades. Windows and doors should be also closed when leaving the Villa.
It is forbidden to deteriorate furniture, decoration or property itself & remove anything from this property at any time for any reason. This applies for all the areas of the Villa (indoor/outdoor). In addition, we ask you not to use the hand and bath towels from our house as pool towels. There are separate pools towels available.
Guests are kindly requested to take care of their belongings & valuables left in the Villa. Safes are available for keeping your valuables like money, jewelry & personal documents.
You are kindly requested & responsible to look after the order and cleanliness of the Villa during your stay.
Proper Outdoor Operation:
Please use shower before entering the swimming pool & strictly avoid bubble bath, shampoo or foam in pool. You shall only use the pool towels outdoors.
Food, drinks and cigarettes are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Children should be under constant supervisor of adults. In addition, you swim at your own risk due to the absence of lifeguard.
You are kindly requested to respect the decoration & nature of the property and avoid damaging the plant & grass. In case of BBQ keep the fire under constant supervisor and control. Make sure the fire is extinguished when you leave the house and do not leave the fireplaces unattended.
Please always close the umbrellas after you have used them and leave them lying on the floor when it is windy in order to avoid any physical hurt and/or material damage.
Please do not leave your rubbish outdoors, there is a risk of collecting insects or rodents.
We ask from the possible smokers to dispose of the cigarette remains in the ashtrays which are available in all outdoor areas and should be used.
Before departure:
It is desirable to leave the house in the state it was when you got there.
Please throw away all your rubbish, wash all the dishes and collect all the used linen in the bathroom.
You shall not remove any of the Villa belongings to keep them as a souvenir.
These and some other simple rules that will be specified in detailed upon your arrival will be courteously but firmly enforced and supervised by the villa staff. We kindly ask your cooperation in maintaining an environment that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
• From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night
• From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night
Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
