GGA Albatross villa has a magnificent decorating, it accommodates up to 12 guests. It has 6 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 5 with double beds , 1 with twin beds . Also, are 4 bathrooms . Guests will find an incredible fully equipped kitchen that is suitable for any meal preparation and experiments with Greek products. There’s a dining area with a divine design and a beautiful living room with a comfy double sofa bed. In the comfortable living room, guests will find a screen TV with satellite channels .There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, guests will find the private swimming pool along with the sunbeds where you can enjoy sunbathing under the sun and private outdoor golf practice facility(practise mat & net).Also, there’s a BBQ facility and a sitting area where you can enjoy an evening gathering with your loved ones.

The villa is located within 5 minute driving distance from Afantou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in an only 5 minute drive. The crystal clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walks in, making swimming really exciting and enjoyable. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island in close proximity to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf court of the island. Along this beautiful beach visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the best beach of the island Tsampika only a 15 minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night
• From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night
