The Neighborhood:

Amazing location just 1 block from the neighborhood swimming pool (heated; seasonal), tennis court, basketball court and playground. Mount Hood is less than half an hour away and offers world-class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow tubing, and thrilling downhill mountain biking in the Summer. Beautiful alpine hiking and biking trails are everywhere. Grocery stores and restaurants can be found just down the street in Brightwood and in Welches down Hwy 26. If you don't feel like driving to the mountain there is a ski bus stop in Brightwood, just minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

Parking Notes: Plenty of parking is available in the garage, driveway and gravel driveway which can accommodate mid sized RVs.



Parties and Noise: Please note that this home is in a quiet neighborhood setting. Please be aware of your volume levels and respect quiet hours. Also please adhere to your number of guests and no parties policy



Pool: Outdoor, heated, open Memorial Day to Labor Day



SECURITY CAMERA ON PROPERTY: We do have a sign out by the garage and the ring camera is to the left of the entrance to the house not on the door.
