Step out of the car and breathe in the smell of the waves as you enter 4 Y Bonc, a spacious and light home-from-home. Minutes from the beach and all that Rhosneigr has to offer, 4 Y Bonc maximises the space, light and views available in the property by its 'upside down' arrangement. There are three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, all located on the ground floor. These bedrooms remain cosy in the winter and cool in the summer, offering the best of both worlds! The king-sized bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with toilet and sink. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor, equipped with a shower over the bath, toilet and sink.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area upstairs features high ceilings and large windows, illuminating the space with natural light. The spacious living room is furnished with two sofas, a flat screen wall-mounted TV and a dining table to seat six guests. There is also a small balcony with sliding doors into the living room, so you can open up and breath in the sea air inside. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a modern breakfast bar, which the kids will love for breakfast and snacks. It's a great space for families to all muck in and make dinner together, turning the bar into a pizza line, but it also offers enough partition for the kids to relax and watch cartoons after a busy day on the beach, while adults can sit with a drink and nibble.
4 Y Bonc has a private enclosed garden with Astro-turf, perfect for kids and pet's playtime, and a decked space with seating and table for a morning coffee in the sun or sunset aperitif. Around the back of the property is a designated parking space for two cars; one alongside the garage the other inside. Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

4 Y Bonc has everything for a great vacation.
Everything about the property is great.
It was perfect for us as a couple with a dog but would also work for a family.
The location is great and a short walk to the beach.
There are great places to eat and drink only a short walk away.
We plan to book again.

Property was ideally located for beach walks. Comfortable, light and warm. Kitchen was lovely, only missing an oven glove! Good excuse not to cook as plenty of places to eat out!!

Welcome break
We have been to Anglesey for years and this visit didn't disappoint.
2 adults and 2 dogs so plenty of space for us.
Bedroom perfect, bed comfortable.
Garden enclosed so dogs could run around. Really well located.
Things to improve on: needs a door mat for those wet paws during rainy weather. A sign to give visibility of 4 Y Bonc as you approach. More comfortable seating (red chairs need to go)

Fabulous Short Break
Stayed here on a number of occasions as it offers everything you could need. Fabulous accommodation, great location and amazing customer service.
Only minor niggle is drainage in bathrooms is very slow.

May Day Weekend Stay
We had a lovely stay at this accommodation.
There was 5 adults and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Great Location
Great house in a fabulous location especially when you've got a dog who just can't wait to get onto the beach. The house is well equipped & benefits from the open plan lounge / kitchen been upstairs so you get a sea view. We were really lucky to have sunshine in March & even managed a few glasses of wine sat on the balcony.

Perfect week away.
As regular visitors to Rhosneigr I was aware of the location of this property. It’s well located for access to the beach and nearby pubs and shops. We were well informed, in advance of check in procedures etc. The property was impressive, it was very clean and well laid out. It has space for 2 cars to park and a secure garden. We were very lucky with the weather for the time of year which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Relaxing
Another wonderful stay in an Anglesey Holiday Letting property. We loved the huge upstairs room. The heating worked so very well, which is so important over a winter break. Lots of great local beach walks and walks to the cafes!!

Fabulous!
What a fabulous place to stay! 4 Y Bonc is a beautiful holiday home. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The location of the property is perfect for accessing the beach and for walking into Rhosneigr for a bite to eat or a drink. We would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

Fantastic weeks stay
Great location with prime access to the beach, shops and restaurants that Rhosneigr has to offer.
House is as well equipped for our needs and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise.
Pillows needed improving and could have done with a dustpan and brush to clean up sand from the beach.

holiday number two at ybonk
we could not sit comfortably in the two orange chairs only fit for use to the young and the blue sofa was in the wrong place we had to go out and buy a frying pan and baking tray but have to say mostly well equiped the drainage system needs to be seen to in the bathrooms both showers and sinks apart from that otherwise we had a good time and every one had agoodnights sleep

A definite recommend
This was a fab property in a brilliant location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This is the first time I’ve used Anglesey Holiday Letting and I will definitely be using them again. Their service was excellent from start to finish. There was a problem with a bedroom window which they reacted to with pace and resolved to our satisfaction.

Great location
We stayed in April. Short walk from the beach, shops/cafes, pub and golf club. Nice big spacious property. On the main road but it’s a quiet main road. Very bright living space upstairs. Does get warm so the sliding door is a life saver BUT that might need some maintenance or well placed instructions (it took us a while to secure it back shut) to familiarise with the quirks at first. Would stay again :)

Wonderful
Such a beautiful upstairs space. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Lovely and clean, well maintained. It was our second time at this property, and think we'll be back again!! Rhosneigr is our favourite place and has been for many years. A little oasis of peace and away from it all.. but a couple of bars and places to eat if needed. Pizza from Aydins is a must!! As is fish and chips from Scarletts. And ice cream from Chaplins.

A lovely stay
We’ve been to Rhosneigr several times now but this was our 1st stay at 4 Y Bonc. We are somewhat restricted as not all properties allow more than 1 dog (we have 2) but this one does. The property was very well equipped, clean & comfortable. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch & the outside space was bigger than expected. Location was very good as very close to beach & in walking distance to the amenities. Bed very comfortable but pillows were too soft for us & we’ve found that other properties have had more comfortable sofas but we enjoyed our stay & would consider staying again in the future.

April holiday stay
We have just returned from yet another wonderful stay in Rhosneigr with this being the 5th property we have stayed in over many years.The booking process with Anglesey holiday lettings was once again easy and straightforward. The property was lovely modern and bright with wonderful natural light. It was very well equipped with all you might need and in a great situation close to both the beach and the coastal path. The property was in a quiet position apart from the brilliant plane spotting opportunities which is why we always stay at that end of the village. Local facilities have everything you may need for a holiday stay. The garden is secure and safe for both dogs and children with a lovely sitting out area. I would definitely recommend and will book again.

A comfortable place for a well earned break after New Year
Number 4 is arranged with a large open plan kitchen/lounge area on the 1st floor with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. Walking through the back door to drop the bags off and exploring upstairs you're greated with a large open plan area containing a breakfast bar, sofas, kitchen etc. but most importantly it feels comfortable and welcoming. The bedrooms on the ground floor are comfortable and as a whole the property is well maintained with everything we needed for a short break. Parking at the side of the garage was sufficient for our needs and we didn't use the garage which is also available for parking. We would definitely recommend the accomodation to others.

Lovely property with an amazing location just over the road from the beach. We booked for a girls weekend and everyone really enjoyed it. Kitchen very well stocked, dvds and games to play and really cosy.
We had to rearrange the furniture in the lounge so everyone could see the tv but that wasn’t a problem. Definitely need mats at the back door. The artificial grass in the garden was very slippy and a mat at the door would have been helpful as would outside lights as it’s very dark in the corner of the cul de sac where the property is located. Parking was a bit of an issue as the property opposite had three large vehicles on the driveway and we were ina handover so couldn’t quite get in. But a smaller car wouldn’t have been an issue and we parked our other car in the garage … instructions for garage door would also be helpful but we fathomed. These would be nice to haves and would make a stay even better but we loved it… thank you

Great Location
First of all a big thank you to AHL, for your wonderful Customer Service. We had a small issue, you responded on Sunday, your non working day, and your head of house keeping, such a lovely lady was with us first thing on Monday morning, thank you.
The best thing about this property is that it is so close (couple of minutes) to the most beautiful beach.
The house had everything we needed, which included a quality washing machine and plenty of hot water.
Parking is good, one space for a long vehicle and a large double garage for a second.
We didn't use the outdoor space, as it wasn't the weather for it, in the evening. You wouldn't choose this property for the outdoor space, but you would for beach location, saying that it was secure for our dog.
In the lounge there are very low orange chairs, children will love them, but not practical for us. So had to move the sofa to the opposite side of the lounge so we could watch TV in the evening.
The bedrooms are a decent size, but it's time to get rid of the cream carpets, or give them a deep clean. The pillows are terrible, so take your own!
The balcony is ready for a clean, however, there's no view of the sea only the properties opposite, so it probably doesn't get used much..
