We present The 21 by Homie — a unique property comprised of three distinct apartments, where art, design and comfort unite to create a truly memorable experience.



Inspired by the elements surrounding us, the three studios — Sky, Vortex and Gaia — complement each other in perfect harmony. The sky (Sky) and the earth (Gaia) meet, cross energies and give rise to Vortex, the point of connection between both, creating an artistic and engaging concept that makes this accommodation much more than just a place to stay.



From the very first moment, The 21 surprises with its striking visual identity, creative atmosphere and carefully considered details. If you are a lover of art, architecture and contemporary design, this is the perfect accommodation for you.



Each of the three studios was designed to accommodate up to two people, offering comfort, functionality and its own personality. All feature a double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical and worry-free stay.



Sky and Vortex stand out for their combination of vibrant and harmonious colours, inspired by contemporary Japanese design, creating modern, light and visually striking environments. Gaia, meanwhile, in addition to having a pleasant private terrace, features decoration with warmer and neutral tones, bringing an extra sense of comfort, balance and tranquillity.



More than functional studios, each space was designed to provide an aesthetic and welcoming experience — perfect for those seeking a calm, inspiring and absolutely aesthetic location.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
