Great for a basic family holiday
Posted Sep. 1, 2022 on HotelsIt was an above average stay for our family. Our room was quite sparse and the public areas appeared quite dated however it was perfectly functional containing all we needed and the staff were brilliant. Wifi was strong and facilities very good

This hotel was convenient to shopping and the beach. The food selection was structure to pre arranged meal selection options which was disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your visit. We find it strange you expressed dissatisfaction at our meal structure and food options for the following reasons.
Each day our breakfast buffet offers extensive options and for both lunch and dinner we offer a good selection of dishes to choose from. First there is the generous starter buffet with too many items to list here. Then there is always a 2nd and 3rd course and for both courses there are 3 options to select from including a meat, fish and vegetable based dish.
We ask our guest to kindly indicate the day before what their selection for the following day will be so we can ensure we obtain the freshest ingredients and the correct amount so that we may prepare fully and satisfy our guests requests. You can see from many online reviews our food is complimented for both its quality and variety which is why we are puzzled by your comments.
If there was something you were not satisfied with then if you had mentioned it to us we could have helped you maybe don't you agree?
We are happy you enjoyed the beach and the good local shopping. We assume that as you have not mentioned your room or other aspects of the hotel that you were satisfied (we actually allocated you a upgraded one as it was your first visit with us) which makes your low rating even more puzzling to us.

Harbour stay
Posted Jun. 20, 2012 on HotelsI thought the hotel was an old style hotel. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. It was a good hotel and the use of the bikes helped in getting around.

Ottimo Hotel
Posted Apr. 10, 2023 on HotelsHotel eccezionale vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. Camera perfetta, letto e cuscini super comodi, cibo eccellente. Fiore all’occhiello la gentilezza e la professionalità dei proprietari e di tutto il personale.
Unico consiglio che darei è quello di ridurre il prezzo delle bottiglie dell’acqua ai pasti.
Nel complesso assolutamente da prendere in considerazione per chi viene a Riccione.

Buona struttura, con camere pulite. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e cortese. Unico neo negativo della nostra stanza è stato l'impianto dell'aria condizionata molto rumoroso. Comunque nel complesso il nostro soggiorno presso l'hotel è stato molto gradevole.

Hotel in posizione favolosa, camera un po datata con vista piscina, molto piccola con bagno senza finestre, cmq silenziosa. In generale giudizio positivo considerata la posizione e di certo si trascorre poco tempo in camera ...
