Clean and comfortable with a nice fence backyard. Love having 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. The house is remodeled with modern updates which we enjoyed. Thanks again for an excellent stay!

When we arrived to the house, we were greeted by a very dirty front porch. That was not a good sign. When we entered the bedroom, there were only sheets on the beds, and the pillows for the bed were laying on the floor. There were no clean sheets or blankets anywhere in the house. Upon inspection, it was obvious that the house had not been cleaned in quite a while. I wiped a paper towel on the floor and it came up dark brown. There was a bathmat on the bathroom floor that was literally brown in places. The kitchen sponge had food in it. There were ants crawling all around by the back door. The backyard was in terrible condition. It was obvious no one had even looked at it in a while. The patio was covered with pine needles and cushions were thrown around, but not on the chairs. In the corner, there was a 3 ft in diameter standing water hole full of stinky water with leaves and trash in it and it smelled. The cover to the basement crawlspace was off and was a danger. Next to the storage shed in the backyard, there was trash and junk thrown. We called the agent about our problem and It took almost an hour for someone to show up. First they offered to clean the house, but there was no way it could be cleaned and backyard Could be fixed. They did refund our money for the VRBO charge. However, I have not been able to get my money for the damage deposit back yet.

Nice quiet neighborhood just about a mile to a lovely walking/bike path along the river that goes on for miles and miles. The beds were very comfortable, and the home had nice updated touches. Check-in and check-out were super easy.

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed at the house for a wine /fishing weekend. The house is perfect for a couple. The house was very clean and comfortable. Close to wineries and rivers for fishing. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed the city of Richland, if we come back I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend with a couple and their two little ones. We needed to be able to sleep well, have a relaxing environment to unwind after a long day of instruction for the three days of our stay. While neighborhood was modest and had some run down properties near by, the neighbors were friendly quiet and polite. We felt safe and comfortable. The home was easy to stay in with the bedrooms being setup very nicely and the bathrooms having nice tile and two shower heads in the master shower really helped! The kitchen was easy and well thought out. The laundry was a cool feature in the kitchen but tucked away out of view when not using. It was a very nice experience !

Pet friendly

We were very pleased with our stay in this pet friendly home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, the yard was fenced for our pups and the host was very responsive to a plumbing issue that arose.

Wow lots of extra niceties

Loved, loved this property, definitely luxury all newly updated. 2 bedrooms both comfortable king beds and 2 new tower fans. The temperature could be controlled in each room individually which was great because I like it cooler when sleeping. The bathrooms were very nice with double shower head in the master. Kitchen was modern with both Keurig and Nespresso machines. Deck with a nice size fenced yard perfect for our dogs. So many extras including a full spice drawer, snacks, wine, dog beds and treats.The host was quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. Seamless checkin/checkout with clear instructions. I would highly recommend this VRBO, we will definitely be back!
