I was greeted by a sweet lady I forgot her name but she was from my hometown. She made my check in very easy. We did have to switch rooms because the first room had a few issues but she was prompt in finding us a second room. After that everything was lovely. I will stay again based on the customer service.

The staff is very kind, patient, flexible, helpful, and understanding. The rooms were very clean and neatly organized. The doors to the joining room were a bit hard to open and close, but I’m assuming that’s because they’re not used often. I had an awesome stay at this location. Staff are very welcoming and warming. I def will make this location my go to!

There was blond hairs in the bed and on the pillows. There was only one single solitary wash cloth in the room but there were two bath towels and face towels so it was clearly an oversight. The bed was hard. Once we saw the hairs it was downhill from there anyway with being comfortable. Won’t be staying here again. I did give the stars for the check in. The lady at the front was super nice.

The check clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV remote did not have a back to keep the batteries in. There was no soap in the container in the bath.
