I won't go back. Although I didn’t have the worst time. I paid too much for what I got. I was waiting in line for a while for someone to appear at the front desk. A line started to form. I had to wait every time I came down for a front desk associate. The room was spacious and the bed was clean, but the floors and bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The location is not walkable to much, but I had short drives to willow lawn and breweries in midtown. The last night I saw a roach in the bathroom. I won't come back and the prices should come for a place that doesn't have enough staff.

Staff was wonderful. Room clean & comfortable. Sink area tiny when needing space for toiletries, skincare, makeup, hair - no additional mirror or nigh light in there. Parking lot had an area for charging electric vehicles and there was a rather large group of males hanging out there, smoking and chatting. Not sure if they were guests but didn’t feel comfortable parking there at night so I opted to take a points reserved parking spot because safety trumped points IMO. Breakfast was good, plenty of options which was nice. Overall 4 stars.

Staff was courteous and professional but the room was very dirty. The bath tub was full of pubic hair and the tub did not drain properly. The rest of the room's floor was also very dirty with hair, crumbs and dust everywhere. The most frustrating thing was the vent in the bathroom that connected directly to the neighboring bathroom. It did not have a switch and did not clear out steam from the shower however it did fill our room with a terrible smell every time the neighbors did their "business". It must have been connected to the other bathrooms above and below also because the smell did not stop coming through the vent for almost the whole duration of our stay. For almost $200 a night we expected much better.
