Lovely property. Booked for 3 people and staff only left towels, glasses, coffee pods, slipper, robes for 2. Also older elevator did not go to the main floor but that was not well marked to notify guests, thus we got stuck on a floor with luggage and only a large staircase to access the main level to checkout. The staff was helpful but it was stressful and confusing.

The Jefferson was great. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It’s a beautiful old hotel but room was updated and well kept. The grounds and lobby are grand and you should stay here just to see them.

Our stay was great. I highly recommend the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond. They do everything right. The room was lovely, the service was exceptional, and the location was perfect. We will definitely visit again.
