We offer for rent a house in Jurmala for the summer. The house is located in a quiet and picturesque place, a 15-minute walk to the sea and the Dzintari Concert Hall. Secured territory, automatic gates, parking for 4-5 cars. The house has 2 floors.
Ground floor: Fireplace lounge-living room (37m2), satellite TV, wi-fi internet, kitchen (22m2) - all amenities, dishwasher, coffee maker, amenities.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 16 m2 each. One of the bedrooms combines a shower and a toilet. Also on the 2nd floor there is a bathroom, shower area of 15 m2.
The house is in perfect condition, renovated. The house is furnished. Landscaped landscaped courtyard.
