Within the nearby National Park, you can spot deer in the morning, and with a bit of luck, you may also see stone martens, badgers, and 75 different bird species. The woods and moors of the Salland Ridge offer excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling, including Nordic walking trails. The spacious park is perfect for relaxation, offering peace, space, and the soothing sounds of nature.Nearby, the World Time Path around Holterberg features various hiking trails, each representing a different period of history. Along the trails, you’ll find over 2,000 signboards highlighting significant historical events from different years.The surrounding area also offers a wide range of activities and day-trip options. Enjoy a panoramic wellness lodge with a jacuzzi, a traditional Finnish sauna, and a walk-in shower with a sun shower. And all this in an attractive lodge where you can look out over the Twente meadows from your bed. In your bedroom, you can enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna and jump under the walk-in shower with a sun shower. You rarely see such a cool bedroom!

The jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace is always nice and warm. You press the button and enjoy wonderful jets and bubbles. A jacuzzi is of course nice anyway, but we think it is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands. The view from your jacuzzi over the meadows is beautiful!

Enjoy the Panorama Wellness Lodge in both summer and winter. The spacious living room has a kitchen with every luxury. You will find a dishwasher, and combination microwave and you can cook on a 4-burner stove. There is a nice relaxing sofa to relax after an active walking or cycling day on the Holterberg or after a relaxing moment in the sauna.

The Panorama WellnessLodge is suitable for 2 adults. However, there is plenty of room to take a baby with you. You can book an additional baby bed for this!

Groups: If the reservation involves a group of individuals, the person making the booking must clearly state this at the time of reservation. The person who books is fully responsible for ensuring all obligations are met, not only for themselves but also for everyone in their group. Group accommodations are available in limited quantities at Buitenplaats Holten. A deposit will be required for the group upon arrival at the reception for the rented accommodation (amount to be agreed upon).

Young People: Young people traveling alone are not permitted to stay in the rental accommodations or within the park.Business bookings: Business-related bookings are not allowed. Reservations are only accepted for recreational purposes.Visitors: If you are expecting visitors, please notify the reception and pay the visitor’s fee. You are responsible for your visitors’ behavior. All visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 PM at the latest, and their vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area.Complaints: If you have a complaint, please report it immediately to the reception for resolution. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking. Rates are based on available facilities and whether or not they are used during your stay.Preferred: If you have preferences regarding location, such as several bungalows next to each other or a specific number, we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. The fee for preferred accommodations is €12.50 per booking.Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month before your stay.Cancellation: Cancellation insurance can protect you from cancellation costs. If you do not have insurance and decide to cancel, the cancellation policy as stated in Article 6 of the Recron Terms and Conditions applies. Cancellation insurance can be purchased up to two weeks after the reservation.Arrival and departure: You can check into your accommodation from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, you will receive the key and other relevant information at reception. On departure day, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM.Final cleaning: We will clean your accommodation after your departure. You are required to leave the accommodation in broom-clean condition, wash dishes, clean the fridge, fold the duvets, and place the used sheets in a pillowcase. Trash should be placed in the designated container.Occupancy: Accommodations may only be used by the number of people they are designed for. A full inventory is available in each accommodation.Bed linen and children's furniture: Bed linen is provided upon arrival at your bungalow, cottage, or caravan. If you wish to change your bed linens during your stay, you can rent additional linen packages for €7.50 at the reception. Children’s furniture (camp bed and high chair) is available for €5 per stay (please request when booking). You must bring your own duvet and bed linen for the camp bed.Cars: A maximum of one passenger car may be parked at each rental accommodation or campsite. Additional cars must be parked in the designated parking area.Pets: Pets are not permitted in the park or accommodations.Please note: Young groups and parties are not allowed.
