Was met by a very rude associate. We were early and asked if we could access our room. She rudely told us check in was at 4 and our room was not ready. We asked if we could maybe have a different room. She said they were not obligated to give us a room before 4 pm. She was ready for an argument even if that is not what we wanted. We sat in our vehicle to figure out what to do, I need the washroom so went back in. I had just entered and she came up to the counter and said "YES MADAME!!!" as if I was coming in to argue. I asked if there was a washroom I could use. She felt pretty stupid for acting that way and got all friendly when she realized we were not looking to argue with her. Lucky for her we are nice people. Anyway despite it being in a great shopping district, we will not be going back. Room was nice though. Hallway and stairs are pretty outdated.

The room as well as the bathroom were really nice and clean, the staff was professional and efficient. The parking is kind of small which could have been an issue but overall I was satisfied fo my stay.
