The house features a brand new and fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, a terrace, a porch, well-maintained gardens, four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional toilet.

Its location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the beach. There are small shops nearby, as well as large supermarkets (no need for a car). In addition, there is a bus stop next to the house that connects to Málaga city and Nerja town.

Très belle maison

Belle maison, extérieurs très agréable. Manque des accessoires du quotidien tel qu'une machine à café (ou produits de bain, à minima du savon). 3ème salle de bain inutilisable, c'est dommage. Propriétaire réactif mais manque de souplesse et se réfère au contrat pour chaque question. Sinon dans l'ensemble, superbe maison et bien situé.
