Newly remodeled and uniquely decorated with a tropical flair, this two bedroom apartment is the perfect home away from home for your Rincon vacation. Located in the heart of Rincon, you will be just steps away from popular beaches, exciting activities, and delicious restaurants.

The apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living area. Relax in the outdoor hammock and sitting area, or take a short walk to the nearby public beach access. For your convenience, there is off-street parking available.

During your stay, you can enjoy a variety of activities such as surfing, paddleboarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, and more. Don`t miss out on the Farmer`s Market on Sundays and the Artwalk on Thursdays.

We highly recommend renting a car to explore the surrounding area, but you will also be within walking distance to Steps Beach, the Marina, and other popular spots. While we provide a starter supply of toiletries, please note that this is not a beachfront property, but it does offer partial ocean views.

This property is great for families and the owner was very accommodating with all supplies on the property. Close to everything in Rincón! Definitely would recommend to others!

Great location near on Tres Palmas beach

Live in Puerto Rico and travell to Rincón and other PR beaches a lot. This place was excellent for our weekend get away with the kids. Very clean cozy apartament located a few steps from Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Stayed with my spouse and two children and really enjoyed it. Jennifer, the property manager, was responsive to all our inquiries from before booking. The apartment in pasrt of a two story house. It is on the first floor and there is another apartment available on the first floor. The listing stated that the property does not have a/c but both bedrooms had the a/c recently installed. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, coffee maker, full range and oven, pots, pans cooking utensils, etc. Look forward to going back!
