When you rent The Beach Pad you will have 4 individual studio apartments and the 3 bedroom, 2 bath Surf House.
The Surf House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the first floor of The Beach Pad and sleeps up to 8 people. Perfect for groups and families, this home comes with a private gated yard, outdoor grill and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the breezy enclosed patio area, or marquesina, with two hammocks. The 4 open floor plan loft apartments are located on the second and third floor and sleep up to 2 - 4 people each. Every loft has their own private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with outdoor seating.
The rooftop deck at the top of the property is great for group gatherings. Enjoy views of the waves at Sandy Beach and the surrounding dense, lush greenery. Birds will serenade you in the morning and coquis will greet you every night!
The Beach Pad is the only property in the Sandy Beach area that has solar and a commercial grade generator, 2 backup sources of power, in an effort to ensure our guestsâ comfort during the frequent power outages in Puntas.

COVID Update: Those visiting Puerto Rico should review the local measures in place, developed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC), such as social distancing, mandatory face coverings in public areas, and mandates for businesses. Travelers entering the island may have to provide the following forms upon arrival: a Travel Declaration Form, a vaccination card, or negative PCR molecular or antigen COVID-19 test results.
We have always been committed to providing the highest standard of cleanliness at The Beach Pad. During this pandemic, we have implemented an even more stringent cleaning protocol, above and beyond CDC recommendations, created by our owner who has more than 20 years of experience in occupational health and safety. Our new cleaning protocol includes, but is not limited to: masks worn by cleaning staff, hand sanitizer provided in every room, and additional sterilization of high-touch areas like door knobs and handles. Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests, staff and community.
