Check-in was efficient & straightforward, staff explained the facilities & dining selection available Welcome drink & hot towels were readied for everyone - Priya is commendable Housekeeping standards for the rooms are good, with the nice touch of towels for everyone The extra bed was setup without any drama & the staff takes the time to show you to the room & gives a brief description of the room amenities Ample parking available, a small garden with nice flowers & several areas to relax & chill in front of the fireplace A lot of effort must’ve been put in to update modern touches while maintaining the heritage & Tudor style Looking forward to EV chargers in the near future Breakfast is typical English, style & portions, & the buffet spread is decent

Quiet and relaxing for our one night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge and the excellent dinner in the dining room. Highly recommend for a retreat in Cameron Highlands

Service was extremely good, and since the hotel does not have many rooms and therefore not many guests, the staff were very attentive. Every morning our car was wiped, a small gesture, but nonetheless we felt pampered.

Nice Romantic Getaway

The staff would go out of the way to serve our needs. This includes a simple car wash and offer to light up the fire place. Loved my stay at The Lakehouse

Beautiful and rustic european style property with serene views and tranquility. Nice lounge and restaurant serving delicious food although pricey. The breakfast was awesome. Staff and services were very good. The most surprising and unique service was the complementary daily car wash. Highly recommended to those who look for a relaxing and authentic Cameron Highlands experience.
