Originally designed as guest quarters for clinic participants and visiting family, this unit is perfect for anyone looking to relax, recharge, or immerse themselves in the serene rhythm of ranch life. Please Note:
This is an active working horse ranch. While the paddocks and barns are part of the property's beauty, they also contain hot wire fencing. For your safety, please speak with Ranch Manager Michael before entering any horse areas. Dogs are occasionally running freely around the ranch, so we ask all guests to remain mindful and respectful of the animals.

We proudly maintain our ranch with organic practices—no pesticides or herbicides are used on the grounds. In-season cherries, citrus, and other fruits are available to guests as our way of sharing the land's abundance.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please place trash bags by the green waste bins. Turn AC/heat off. And if the main gate is open you may leave open if it is closed, please close it on your way out. Thank you

5th wheel has central A/C an heating. A fireplace is available in the living area for additional warmth and ambiance. Please turn off when unattended.
