This modern cabin retreat in scenic Rising Fawn is the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. Relax on the spacious back deck, complete with outdoor TV, grab a seat around the firepit or the swing, destress with a peaceful soak in the private hot tub (and, an outdoor shower for rinsing off!), or enjoy a game of cornhole and try your hand at the miniature putting green in the shared outdoor game area!



As part of your stay with iTrip Chattanooga, we provide access to a collection of local experiences through our partnership with Xplorie. Each reservation receives one ticket per activity each day. Tickets are valid only on the day they are issued, and a fresh ticket will be available the following day, for each activity. Daily tickets cannot be saved, combined, or used on a different day.

PETS: Up to 2 dogs may be allowed, please provide sizes. Pets must be leashed when outside and crated indoors when guests are away. Please pick up after your pet (waste bags are provided).

* We respect the privacy of our guests, they are not intended for any other use and will only footage will only be accessed in the event of a safety or security concern, or as required by law.

* Property is equipped with Alexa and instructions are located in the main living and bedrooms within the cabin. Please feel free to unplug if you prefer.

- Smoking / Vaping strictly prohibited inside property - $500 fine will be applied

- Unauthorized / undisclosed pets - $500 fine will be applied

- No parties, excessive noise, or events are allowed

- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm until 7:00 am

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house at any time

I loved that the bathrooms had make up remover clothes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, etc-so nice! The putting green, games, hot tub, and fire pit made it extra fun for our family. This is such a great location as well. Within 5 minutes to Cloudland Canyon, 15 minutes from Trenton for groceries, restaurants, etc., and 30 or so minutes to Chattanooga.
