This spacious Cottage is perfect for extended stays! It comfortably sleeps up to 4 and offers all the comforts of home with a separate bedroom, dining area, living area, a full size kitchen, breakfast bar and a laundry room! The bedroom offers a a KING size bed, a 42" flat screen TV and access to a large screened porch. There is a Double Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room, beautiful leather furnishings and a 51" flat screen TV. French doors lead out to a private screened porch.
You can cook in the full size kitchen or take a short golf cart ride to the onsite dining options. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, ground coffee, microwave, toaster, stove and all cookware and dinging ware. There is NO oven or dishwasher in this property. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar. This cottage is private, comfy and cozy!
This unit has its own private parking space! A GREAT LOCATION, walk to all amenities! There is fun for everyone! Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, DJ and dancing on Friday nights, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting, swimming and coming soon is a Safari Adventure park!
