The tiny house is a great place to stay for weekend getaways. We were in town for the Georgia Renaissance Festival and the location was only 15 minutes from the festival. They thought of every amenity you might need so have no fear if you forgot shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The host is absolutely lovely & very easy to get in touch with. A lovely stay at a lovely place.

It was perfect for the weekend I was there! The location was perfect to where I needed to go, the house was stocked with everything I would need. The hose was excellent in communication as well!

This was a great stay. It was only 15-20 mins from our destinations, as we were visiting several family members. The hostess was very easy to communicate with and replied quickly. She also went above and beyond when we had an issue with a TV remote. I can say I wasn't expecting much space when booking this tiny house, but it definitely impressed me, the way it is setup is a great use of the space. The listed description is about as accurate as it can get. The bed was very comfortable. Any toiletries or towels one might've forgot to pack was there. The home was very clean and smelled amazing upon entry. Also, although it is behind the main house, it still has it's own private space. I would definitely book this home again!

Although the inside of the property was nice and clean. They do not disclose in the description that this tiny home is in the back yard of a house that is also being rented out to several different parties. Due to this i did not feel comfortable staying and they refuse to issue a refund as well as there is no picture of the kitchen on the listening !

I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The space is cozy, private, cute, and clean. The outdoor patio is an adorable and great place to just enjoy the outdoors and relax. A cute mini-oasis. I would definitely stay again!

We were in the area for an event, so this place was close by and in the budget, so it worked out well. But let me explain some things to anyone considering this property - if you want solitude and isolation, then this isn't it. You are in a development right in someone's back yard. If you are traveling with friends and want to hang out together, share meals or play games, this place its not it. There is no living room and no indoor table. There is a picnic table outside, but it was not cleaned off or under cover or sturdy. There is a small outdoor area with chairs and a fire pit, but they were not cleaned off either and we didn't see any firewood or instructions to use it or not use it. There are also a few minor issues like a shirt lying in the one bedroom, the wall hooks are taped on, the bedframe in one room was cracked. None of which impacted anything major (and we were only there a few hours a day) but if you are looking for Four Seasons luxury, then you will be unhappy. But the owner was helpful and responsive and thankfully let us know that the bathrooms only had curtains (and not real doors) so we were able to make the decision ahead of time to stay (that would have been quite a surprise).

The house was very clean and welcoming. It was cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The shower on the right hand side. The fall room was a little strange with it being a triangle. The hot there was plenty of hot water. I did leave a message for the host, but I never did receive a message that she received it. I could not stay till Monday, but I never did get a reply back. I found the mini splits to be excellent temperature control in both rooms. My friend was in the opposite room the yellow room and she loved the bed. Loved everything about the home too. It was lovely to sit outside in our nightgowns and drink coffee. We have plenty of privacy and the chairs were comfortable. It felt like our own little world. I highly encourage you to visit this VRBO. It is definitely worth its money just a lovely spot. Also love all the things that were included in the house the coffee pot, the stove, even though we didn’t get to use the stove. We did appreciate having a refrigerator and the microwave. The one thing I could recommend is to leave a few bottles of water cause there wasn’t anything to drink. We did happen to bring water with us.. The driveway was a little tricky. My truck wasn’t cooperative about going up a little hill. I did love all the lights that came on when you did park and you knew where you were going and that also our host left the light on so that when we got there, we could see where we were. Also all the pictures of every identify the home!
