Sunny bach, walk to beach, golf course & shop. Perfect for a large family or two

Very sunny private backyard, the morning sun streams in for a sunny breakfast on the deck. Loads of room in the backyard. It is important to us that all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly after each visit.

Perfect location, being only a few minutes walk to the beach, golf course, tennis courts & shop.

Great for 1 or 2 large families, with separate areas for both, or put the teenagers in the sleepout.

Plenty of room for cricket, volleyball or a game of soccer on the huge lawn.

The house has three bedrooms and the sleep-out has a queen bed and two singles, including its own bathroom, with toilet and shower.

The house is still in the 1950's original style, so don't expect modern.

Welly McClellys Beach Bach is ideal for children with the reserve next door which has a skate ramp, basketball hoops, cricket pitch & swings .

Relax and enjoy the taste of the good ol’ days!

Walk to the beach, 9 hole golf course, shop, reserve with playground and tennis court. It is a great beach to explore, swim, surf, fish, and to collect paua and crayfish.

Great location close to park, shop and beach! Good for a big group, nice yard for the kids to run around. Lots of extra blankets available, good DVD selection. Has everything you need to experience a traditional kiwi bach stay.

We aged 80+ to 5 year old stayed for Christmas and had a fabulous time. Great location. Bach suited us well lots of sitting places and outside living great. We'd all love to go back again. Katrina very helpful host.

Great retreat for the beach

We had a great weekend away at Welly McClellys Bach. Lucky to have nice weather and waves at the beach. Great location and an easy walk from the bach to the beach or shop for supplies. Kids made great use of the bikes. The bach had everything we needed. Really looking forward to returning in January as this weekend went by too fast!

Lovely old bach and we enjoyed our stay thank-you. No dishwasher as is expected in a bach but we did have to wash our glasses and some of the cutlery and plates prior to use as they were greasy. Minor problem. Lovely sunny spot and great access to the beach, shop, playground, tennis and golf course.

Fantastic spot! Everything we needed. The only blemish was the main bathroom shower, which was very weak, but in the overall scheme of things, that wasn't much of an issue. Absolutely loved the place and will hopefully return one day.
