The room was extremely noisy, poor quality windows allow freeway noise all night. Poor quality walls and doors allow random hallway noise all night. The A/C unit was noisy. The price was good, but the hotel isn't.

after seeing the "Wonderful" rating for this location I decided to book only 1 night just to see if it was wonderful as the reviews show but it was one of the WORST experiences in my life, room was spacious and apparently clean, I always sleep as the bed is made because i don't trust hotels do change their sheets everyday and to my surprise I woke up to a weird feeling on my face next to my ear so i slapped myself and sure enough it was a COCKROACH almost going in my ear! WTH??? yes it was a small one but imagine that bug going in my ear? so i decided to check the sheets and sure enough there was hairs in the "clean" sheets, after i left i realized i had a weird red spot on my leg so its possible they have bed bugs as well, I immediately got up and left the room, i couldn't even take a shower thinking the place is infested with cockroaches, I check under sink and yes i saw cockroach droppings, It was almost check out time, I was going to ask for a late check out but after waking up to bugs crawling on my face i was OUT OF THAT DUMP!!! I told the lady at the front desk about it and even brought couple roaches to her on a napkin so she can see for herself and she didn't even care about it, all she said was that she will let management know and not to expect my 200 dollar deposit till about 7 to 10 days, so stay away from this place that looks clean but is not! unless you want to sleep in a cockroach infested room.

Loved the place, just the walls and doors are so thin, you can hear everything and the doors slamming from room to room and you can hear the people walking upstairs. Everything was squeaky but all in all not bad of a place for the cost

Had a bad experience with the hotel and especially managements. We found our bedsheets with visible blood stains on them, and the front desk handed us the new bed sheets for US to change the soiled sheets ourselves . I contacted management multiple times through email and never heard back. I’m so fortunate that Expedia was able to help me out and get in contact with them . After all this trouble, the hotel denied me a full refund until Expedia kept going back-and-forth with them and they decided on giving me back 50% off. The bloody stained sheets was horrifying , an unsanitary breach. On top of that as their guest, being made to change the bloody bedsheets was definitely the last thing I should’ve dealt with after receiving a room in these conditions. What a shame, having to deal with the experience, not hearing back from management at all and when finally contacted they denied a full refund .
