Modern Hacienda themed house in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Cozy and with a pool so families and friends can have fun, connect, and create life-long memories. Conveniently located near some hot spots like; downtown Riverside is a 5-minute drive, freeways are a couple minutes away, UCR is 10-minutes away, if you like tennis, there are free open courts at a 5-minute walk, and Ontario airport is 23 minutes away.

Guests with children, we have a play pen, highchair, and stroller located in coat closet but no child safety features. Please watch your little ones carefully.

Hacienda was awesome!

Disappointed

The house is nice, easy to access, and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house includes board games and plenty of dishes and towels in good condition. We were disappointed by the amenities, which were the main attraction for us in booking this rental. The beautiful pool is not usable in winter months because it is not heated; when asked, the owner offered to heat it for an extra fee and at least 24 hour lead time. The ping pong and foosball tables are in an unheated garage, too chilly to spend much time in, and we could not turn on the garage lights because the pull chain was too high for a 5’4” person to reach. The laundry is also in the garage. The living room lacks adequate seating for a group wanting to spend time together. The owner threatened a “fine for negligence” when we didn’t understand how to use the hot tub, adding a lot of stress to our weekend. While the rental was generally adequate and well kept, the amenities were a real let down and not at all what we thought we were paying for.

Relaxing and comfortable

As advertised, clean, spacious, and clear, simple, easy instructions for check-in/out. Even with the inclement weather, we were able to enjoy the outside space as much as the interior of the home. Everyone had space to spread out and relax in their own way. One of my best stays with VRBO. Thank you, Miguel!

Amazing stay

Staying at this property was a wonderful experience. Miguel made check in easy and the home was very welcoming and clean. The first thing that caught my attention was Welcome book as soon as you enter. It contained details of the house and neighborhood also how to work some on the electronics. I would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

This property was clean, and had everything we needed for a family of 5 with other family visiting for a couple of days. The pool was awesome and having the bathroom out there was really convenient. Comfy beds and good location for getting to where we needed to be.

The inside of the house is nice

The interior of the house and the pool are really the best aspects of this property. There was a broken light switch in one of the bathrooms, and the neighborhood is not the nicest neighborhood, so that is something to consider when booking this property in the future. Also, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because of the rooster next-door, and also the air conditioning unit makes a lot of noise during the night turning on and off. we were in the area due to needing a central location for a softball tournament and also visiting college campuses. In general, the host was responsive to messages.

Great place to stay!

We brought together 7 family members from all over the country to attend my son’s graduation from college in Redlands and chose to stay together here. It was absolutely spotless, big enough for all of us and had a lot of little nice touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment which was good because we cooked every meal to eat there over our three day stay. The weather turned nice one day and we were able to lounge by the pool, enjoy the hot tub and play games together. The only thing not quite as advertised was the third bathroom, which was located outside. With 7 people in the house, many of them elderly, we didn’t want to trek to the outdoor bathroom to take showers, so that was a surprise. I can also confirm as one reviewer said that there’s a rooster next door and a dog behind the house that definitely can keep light sleepers awake. But it didn’t upset us and we ended up laughing at the rooster every time he crowed. Finally, I want to say that Miguel was an amazing host. He was immediately responsive when I had questions and helped us along the way. We will definitely return if we’re ever in the region again!

Wouldn’t recommend

Late on door code, blamed that he couldn’t send messages. Pool unusable, way too cold. Have to ask permission to heat up pool. Don’t see how when he said he couldn’t receive messages. Stayed 5 nights and only used to jacuzzi twice. Accidentally turned on the heater to pool for few hrs and got over charged. Uncomfortable beds. Loud outside noises, neighbors rooster and dog, and train horns from nearby. Would not stay again

Wonderful stay

This place is clean and new and fresh. Great pool and hot tub. So many great touches like games, both indoor and outdoor, coffee creamers and a few snacks. Very welcoming. Host was very responsive when I asked questions, and gave clear communication. I would book again.
