Please note that all events require separate approval and additional fees based on the number of attendees. Guests have access to the entire property throughout their stay.

All events need to be approved by the property management within 24 hours of booking. Guests are required to provide maximum people attending event, total number of people staying overnight, any special accommodations or requests for event.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
No Drugs: Illegal substance use is not permitted on the premises. Violations result in forfeiture of security deposit and $5000 fine per incident.
Undeclared Guests or Pets: Additional guests or pets without approval incur a $500 fine per guest/pet per night.
Supervision of Children and Pets: Children and pets must be supervised at all times to avoid damages, leading to deposit forfeiture and repair fees.
Consultation for Spa Use: Guests must consult a physician before spa use, adhering to spa health rules.
Age Restrictions for Spa Use: Elderly, pregnant, and children under 6 are prohibited. Children over 6 may use with supervision and max 20 minutes.
Care and Respect: Treat the property with care and respect, avoiding damage.
Utilization of Gas Propane: Refill propane after use; ensure availability for new guests.
Utilization of Pickleball Equipment: Return equipment after use; professional players bring own gear.
Maintaining Good Relations with Neighbors: Observe quiet hours and avoid disruptive behavior.
Petting Animals and Opening Animal Pens: Observe animals from a distance; do not interact or open pens.
Respecting Orchard Trees and Vineyard Vines: Refrain from touching or climbing trees and vines.
Tampering with Security Measures: Prohibited; significant penalty applies.
Parking Regulations: Park only in designated spaces; follow host guidance for large events.
Property Inspection and Communication upon Check-in: Inspect property upon arrival; report missing items immediately.
Provided Amenities: Linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics are provided; complimentary coffee and tea available. Kitchen is supplied with ample indoor and outdoor dishes, glassware, and pots and pans.
Stocking Supplies for Larger Groups: Consider stocking additional supplies for larger groups.
