Hamza was outstanding at reception and the dude at night shift bell boy, they both looked after me very well and did fabulous job i shall stay here again.
Booked a one bedroom apartment for two nights. The size of the apartment was good but didnât had any basic amenities. No utensils in the kitchen , one towel for a family , no toilet paper . This was not supplied even after asking for it .
The breakfast was terrible. We looked at it and left . Showerâs pressure was bad too
Location was good and had restaurants around . The breakfast was free with the stay but we ate out every morning
Overall it was a decent experience. Its not a high end place and im not a very demanding customer so it worked very well for me. Most importantly for me the location was convenient as it is located on the Eastern edge of Riyadh. Anyone coming from the Eastern province can check in as soon as they enter Riyadh and on the way back youre on the highway a few minutes after your check out
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, and you should avoid it. The rude receptionist on the evening shift greeted me with indifference and gave short, dismissive responses to simple questions. The location is terrible, and nothing seemed to work properly â the heating was broken, and the TV didnât work. The rest of the staff were neutral, but these issues, along with the poor service, left a sour impression. I hope management addresses these problems.
The floor and walls inside of the hotel is broken and old, no toliet paper provided and the breakfast is fantastic but has limited option. A renovation for this hotel is needed.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was mesmerized by how spacious it was. Big rooms and lots of amenities (stove, fridge, blow dryer, kettle, etc). It did feel like a palance in many ways. The breakfast was spectacular and the coffees/teas were delicious! Lovely staff. They were kind, courteous and super accommodating!
Clean, great service. They also provided us mattresses for the floor for our kids to sleep on. Breakfast had things my picky kids eat, including scrambled eggs (made on-demand), corn flakes (with cold milk), pita bread + jam, watermelon, and juice.
It was well put together and well maintained. There were towels in the room, as they should be. The TV was modern and working. The room was mostly quiet with modern aircoditioners that were the quietest that I've ever used. I couldn't access heat controls on either unit and the room became a bit chilly. In the end, it was a pleasant stay.
We had booked 3 two-bedroom suites. We prepaid with Expedia, and even had Expedia call the hotel directly to confirm the booking. The hotel blamed their booking software, but I believe they just did not want to pay Expedia's fee so they gave the rooms to someone who booked directly.
