If you are looking for calm waters and a great place for family fun, the Octagon House is for you! This spacious home is located at the 5 mile marker of the Little Niangua. The 2 level Octagon House offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, newly renovated kitchen and living space. The upstairs had three bedrooms and a bathroom. Head downstairs to the master suite to enjoy the custom walk in shower and new soaker tub. The downstairs also has a large living area, a wine bar, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The unique octagon shape of the home allows guests to take in 180 degree views of the lake. With 198 ft of waterfront all to yourself, along with a HUGE private dock with 1 slip available for your boat and water toys, this property is perfect for guests be outside and enjoy fishing, swimming, and sunbathing. The dock is equipped with a refrigerator. If grilling outside is your thing, we have a gas grill for you in front of the house. Want to relax in the evening? This Octagon House has a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and patio to enjoy throughout your stay. If the weather turns, the home has a TV in the living area space upstairs. We also have complimentary high speed internet. This property is off the beaten path, allowing guests to relax in the tranquil environment that the lake offers. However, if you want to venture into town, the property is only 25 minutes from Camdenton, which has tons of restaurants and shopping venues for guest to enjoy. With 2 kings, 1 queen, Twin over Full bunk beds, a sleeper couch upstairs, and a futon downstairs, the Octagon House has plenty of space for all to enjoy.

We have Remodeled a modern studio space for guests to enjoy in the summer. The 450 sq ft space is included (included in rate) for summer months through September. The studio is on the same property and shares the driveway with the Octagon House. it is just steps away from Octagon House. Space features a full size and King Size Bed. There is also a bathroom with small shower. ROKU TV in the studio as well. High Speed Internet

We had such a fantastic stay at this VRBO at the lake! Our group of 10 ladies fit comfortably, and having the additional studio available made a huge difference—it gave us that extra space we didn’t even realize we needed.The lake views were absolutely stunning. One of our favorite parts of the trip was starting the morning with coffee out on the deck, just taking in the peaceful water and quiet surroundings. Speaking of coffee, we really appreciated having options—whether we wanted to brew a full carafe or just grab a quick pod, it made mornings easy for everyone.The docks were wonderful and quickly became one of our favorite hangout spots. We spent hours down there just relaxing, chatting, and soaking up the sun—it was the perfect place to unwind for the day. Back at the house, the hot tub was a hit and such a great way to wind down in the evenings.We also loved gathering around the fire pit at night to play games and spend time together—it really made the whole experience feel special and memorable. The grill worked perfectly and made it easy to cook for a group our size.Overall, this place had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our girl’s trip was amazing with 9 women and the studio there was plenty of room. We had a great time in the lake(if you can believe it in October) and the hot tub! Everything was clean and tidy.

House was not at all as it was represented. I am surprised by all the positive reviews. The pictures make it look spectacular and it was not. The bug problem and spider webs were the worst. I would recommend professional pest control. It almost ruined the whole enjoyment. Then the hot tub was filthy and said water needed to be changed and property manager never responded.

Beautiful view of the lake, multiple outdoor spaces, great swimming, fishing, and plenty of space for a large group.We enjoyed our stay but wished a little more care had been put into the upkeep and stock of amenities.We unfortunately could only enjoy the firepit for maybe 20 minutes before we ran out of propane with no backup onsite or nearby. The propane for the grill also ran out after using it just twice. These were highlights of why we booked the property so a bummer to not be able to use fully.While the main house living spaces and bedrooms were clean, there were a lot of cobwebs and bugs on outdoor furniture and indoor blinds, and the studio space had a mildew smell. The top dishwasher rack track was also broken so very difficult to load/unload.

At the time of check in the A/C was set at 88 degrees and it was nearly 95 outside... very uncomfortable for the entire first night we were there. We did have an issue w garbage disposal/kitchen sink drain but the host had someone come over right away and fixed the issue. The house is in a great location on the lake and offers alot of amenities. Felt as tho it could have been a little cleaner... lots of cob webbs and spiders but overall we did enjoy our stay and the views.

I stayed at this property three nights with my adult children (all in their 20’s) and their 1’s— there was 7 of us. We all enjoyed the chill vibe. There are enough rooms and spaces for everyone to get some separation when needed. Also lots of enjoyable “together” spaces like the deck, lower patio and giant dock. It is in a quiet area, so if that’s what you want this is a great choice! Would definitely go back.

Quite Thanksgiving

Loved the place, perfect for our family. Everything was as listed would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful spot on the lake. My only complaint would be since we were there when it was cold, more than one tv would’ve been nice. I know it’s a lake house but in the colder months a tv down stairs would be nice. outside of that everything else was perfect.
