The room was clean, friendly staff, good parking. I booked a suite, but on arrival was given a condo. A used towel was left by a previous occupant. The bed was uneven and not quite comfortable. Rain fell that night and water came into the bathroom.

Not up to hotel standard. No services offered. Restaurant closed.in the evening. Only 2 parasols for diners only, none for sunbed users. Horrible plastic sunbeds with no padding, extremely uncomfortable! No one comes around to check on anything or anyone! Would not ever go again . Not worth the money paid apart from a lovely view of the marina but that is all !

Loved the marina view. It was end of season so the dining options were very limited and the kitchen closed early. Could not get a beverage after 8pm. However, one enterprising employee DID OFFER to go across the street to grab us two beers. We passed but it is appreciated. The adjacent building had a house party until very late, very loud. We left a day early and changed to another property.

Had a great stay, staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The only one thing that I had an issue with was the towels, can the company invest in a better laundry service to really make those white towels white again. And yes, better quality towels would be a fantastic start. Otherwise the hotel is a little gem for its location and the price that was paid. Until my next visit.

The only thing I would say tthat I did not like was the drunk guy at the bar that was being drunenly obnoxious to the bartender. It was embarrassing and off putting to listen to...especially since the guy thought we couldnt understand "what he was saying" (he said this direct quote to the bartender).

It is terrible how I made a reservation and cancelled it within the proper date and they are refusing to give me information about the refund of my deposit. Later I rebooked and stayed in the same hotel, this is bad service from both the hotend expedia that should guarantee my refund

Good place to stay for people on sailing adv.

We stayed while waiting for our sailing vessel to be ready for a week of sailing around the BVI. This is a convenienent place to stay. Easy to get to from the ferry.
