Room was very modern, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I had trouble with my room key - needed to have it issued twice in order for it to work.
I received a late check-in offer for a 1pm time slot from Wyndham.com (https://wyndhamconnect.wyndhamhotels.com) for $20. I accepted this and then later wished to cancel because my travels had an unanticipated delay. I checked in closer to 5 or 6pm.
When I tried to request that this is charge removed, the hotel explained that they were unable to remove it because, per the front desk rep, "reservations booked through certain third-party channels cannot be edited without override permissions." They asked me to contact Expedia, since I initially booked my reservation through them.
When I contacted Expedia, they explained that they were not able to remove this because it was a hotel-specific transaction and to contact the hotel directly. I've reached out to Wyndham.
