The parking area was safe and well lit. The breakfast was good, although the pancake batter wasn’t refilled when we came down for breakfast. One of the beds was very hard, and the other not so much.

It's clean and basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. It's not a very walkable area but that's not the fault of the staff of Holiday Inn Express.

Great staff . They were very accommodating. The hotel was clean throughout and the rooms were comfy . The complimentary breakfast was great and a very nice addition. The mall and lots of restaurants are near . Would definitely recommend.
