Very nice but heating problems

2nd time there. Still clean, practical and cheap but major problems with the heating device in the room. We switched from a room to another but same problem...very cold outside and the heater was shooting hot and cool air at the same time so it was too hot or too cold so we didn’t sleep well.

Excellent séjour avec 4 jeunes enfants! Chambre confortable pour 6. Déjeuner continental très bon.

I liked the hotel overall. I did have some minor issues. The shower head connection squirted water at connection site and the cords for the window shade were broken so I was unable to raise or lower the window shade. Also, on the ground floor, the floor surface transition from the rug to tiled flooring was raised with a lip. I tripped and fell on the floor when my sneaker shoetip caught the lip.

I requested and paid for a room with a bathtub and when we checked in we were placed in a handicap room with no tub. We went downstairs and asked to be moved and we were informed that they had no other rooms were available with a tub This hotel was not full at all. Very upset!!! Needed the tub for swollen legs from a long day of flying. I will not be staying here again!!!

The staff was great and cleanliness as well. However, the elevators worked only half the time, the pool was out of order, our door only latched some of the time. It seemed that maintenance was greatly needed.

The customer service is top tier. The night shift staff five stars for sure. We were greeted with a smile and even had treats for the kids. Overall the stay was amazing and hotel was very accommodating.
