My stay here was not so good at all. The front desk workers dont know to how to operate the computer system they are using. They over charge you for staying on the weekends. Plus they charge a $100 extra that they hold til you checkout. You dont get room service at all while you are staying there. When they check you in they dot explain what they have charged you and you dont get a copy of the receipt to see what you have been charged.

Great room. Nice staff especially Savannah. I endured 45 minutes of a dog barking at 645AM. The staff should have stopped this immediately. I hope it never happens again to guests!
