Fantastic stay in a unique and beautiful property! The staff was wonderful. We had dinner our first night in the restaurant and had to go back again the next night because we couldn't stop talking about the bacon dates and the mushroom tart. FANTASTIC bartender and waitstaff. Simple, quiet room with an unexpected view of the Roanoke Star. GREAT time--we'll be back!

I enjoyed a one night stay at Liberty Trust Hotel in Roanoke, VA. The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again if there is an occasion for it.

It’s a lovely property and the staff are friendly. Be aware that the upgrade to a room with view is completely necessary unless you want a frosted window overlooking the fire escape - not all rooms are equal and you will get the bottom end booking through Expedia

We wish we could give the staff more than 5 stars, truly some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. On more than one occasion, they went above and beyond their normal duties to make sure we were taken care of. When my wife became ill the night before our departure and all the luggage carts were in use, a staff member (Christine) personally helped us move our bags without hesitation. It was an act of kindness we won’t forget. The bar and restaurant staff were equally incredible; they were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Steph and Brittney treated us like friends, not just customers, and made every meal feel like a relaxing, personal experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who made our stay exceptional. We’re incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again.
