The lobby smelled like smoke/Marijuana. The elevator and public areas were dirty. My room smelled like mildew/mold. I don't think they cleaned the toilet - it was dirty and the seat was up when I arrived. I arrived around 11pm and couldn't wait to leave. I left at 7am and skipped breakfast - didn't trust it given the condition of the rest of the building. Avoid staying here! Highly disappointed since it's part of the Best Western chain and have stayed at Best Westerns elsewhere without issues.

When we went to our room, people were already in the room sleeping. No apologies from the desk, given a new room. New room had AC barely working, killed three bugs on the ceiling, stains and falling paint and shower dripping all evening.

The pool was closed. We were not advised of this until we went to use it. Bathroom tiles were uneven. Room was stale smelling. Silver fish and daddy long legs in room.
You have to go out for food but plenty of options within a 5-minute drive.
Beds are very comfortable.
Gym was sufficient. Dumbbells 5-20, then 40 and 45. Would have liked 25, 30, 35. Cardio equipment was outdated.
The pool was not available and the door out to the pool was malfunctioning so I couldn’t get back in the hotel via that entrance.
All in all, it was a decent place to stop on a long ride south. Very convenient and easy to get to.

It smelled of mildew and did not seem outright dirty nor clean. The staff was nice.
Absolutely disgusting. Person working the lobby smelled like marijuana. Was placed in a room that was absolutely filthy. Asked to get moved , person at the front desk didnt even care as to why just gave us a new room. New room was just as bad. Bugs, dirt , mouse droppings
The entire room was musky and smell moldy. The bathtub was dirty, the fridge was leaking, the tiles were chipped and floor was oily. Me and my kids slept with our clothes on and don’t bother getting under the sheets. It was one night then we left early morning. Never again
To start one of the beds sheets litterally had dirt on them which I needed to change, the ac either had mold or dust or both on them blowing, there was mold inn the room and bathroom, fixtures had rust, the room looked like an inner city institution, NOT a room by a major brand. Id NVER recommend this place to anyone based on this room!
Upon checking in the receptionist was not friendly at all. Then once getting into our room it smelled of mildew and wet. Sheets on the bed were damp, the room stunk, the floor was slippery like soap was all over it, around the bathroom floor it had black, the bathroom door barely opened and closed. My husband had a bed bug on him and when taking the bug to the front desk the receptionist didn’t see phased at all. We had to ask for a manager 2 times. When he did finally decide to come out of hiding he was very rude and not apologetic at all. He was like well what can I do and we wanted a refund considering we had to immediately leave due to the bed bug. He wrote on a piece of paper that Expedia would have to give the refund. 5 days later and still no refund. We then heard him telling the receptionist to basically not say the manager would be down to talk to customers when there was an issue. He was a coward and he knew the hotel had issues.
There were bugs in the room and hallways, mold in the bathroom, a musty smell in the room, and a dirty shower. The bed felt moist. The TV didn't work, and the air conditioner made a weird sound. Compared to my previous stay, I was appalled and embarrassed to recommend it to my sister. Eggs and sausage for breakfast were excellent.
The room was over priced and dirty. The tile floor was dirty. The sheets and towels had stains on them. Dogs were barking. Guest were slamming doors running down the hall ways . Curtains were dirty and had a whole in it. Screws were on the floor in the bathroom. Wasn't worth the price we paid over a hundred dollars for one night.
