The staff here are so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I stayed 6 nights. We liked how it was away from the noise of West Bay, but still on the beach and a few minute walk to small stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and fresh. Great cocktails at the bar and yummy food at the restaurant. The pool is very shallow - suitable for young children. This is a laid back place with everything you need- not a fancy 5 star resort. But it is clean, comfortable, safe and on the sea. Great home base for exploring Roatan.

We had a great week at Caribe Tesoro. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and overlooking the water. It’s a small boutique hotel so it didn’t feel busy and the staff are always available to help you. The breakfast menu is somewhat limited but all of the options are great. We had a "garden room" which means no ocean view. Nice patio but looking at another building. There is a Pool and swim up bar. Pool is designed for kids and there were a lot of them! Only 5 lounge chairs that were never available. Servers were very polite and helpful.

Our room was clean and updated but not in the best location. it was third floor and did not have a good view of anything. In spite of that we saw eight Macaws in the tree outside our room on our first morning so we were very lucky!
