It was really noisy in the rooms around ours on third floor. Doors shutting, kids fighting and playing, loud television, etc. TV was on all night. We contacted the desk at 3AM & nothing happened. We suspect that the room was empty & the kids changed rooms. The front desk person was responsible for checkout as well as maintaining the breakfast room - most food, coffee, and hot water was gone; had to search for silverware, garbage wasoverflowing.

The system allowed me to book a room for two nights, which I paid in full. When I arrived there was no room. I am still trying to get a refund. I have gone through customer service twice and the issue has not been resolved. I watch this happen to at least 5 other customers in the time I was there. Happy to remove this whole review once the situation is corrected.
