Home away from home
Publié le 18 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe location was a little longer than I initially wanted but there’s a mall close by plenty of restaurants and right of the highway. Breakfast was great, I like that they switch it up and that it’s not the same also plenty variety for anyone. Emani and Kaylee and all the front desk people were super nice and helpful. I am coming to Rochester to have some treatments done and I have already booked my next two stays. Pool was nice hot tub was good just needs to be hotter.

The hot tub was not hot, the toilet was clogged and didnt get maintenance sent up , instead had us get a plunger to fix it and plunger didnt work

The experience was real nice. I had a little issue with my room, and the guy, wish I new his name, was exceptional! Would stay again!
