Bedbugs. Dirty disgusting hotel. Tub didn’t drain, Switched rooms, sink didn’t drain. Curtains were Missing on one side. Hotel smelled like smoke. Stains all over the coach in the lobby and in our room. This place needs to be shut down. Never going to stay here or at a La Quinta again if they allow hotels get this disgusting.

Thank you for your feedback! We definitely do not have bed bugs and I apologize for the stained couch, but I promise that doesn't justify shutting down a property! Hopefully your next hotel is to your standards!

The room was clean enough. One pillow was stained yellow which was off putting. Our TV didn't work and the staff couldn't fix it. The staff gave off a don't bother us vibe. The morning cook was very friendly and made us feel very welcome though.

In my first two nights I have been switched into four different rooms because something didn’t work that was essential to stay in anyone’s hotel. No wash clothes to wash your body and when you ask for them they want to give you hand toilets. SMH!!! First night was cool until I needed to take a shower. The tub was clogged and you had to was your feet like taking a bath to make sure you weren’t putting back in dirty water. Got a room change for this. Second night, new room the toilet won’t flush and when I told the front desk we don’t know how long before the can get the maintenance man onsite to fix. This is at 11pm at night. So we get another room. Immediately pass because smelled like an ashtray. Now I’m on room number four and the sink stopper won’t open to let the water go down the drain. How do they expected you to wash your hands and face with a sink full of water. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Property has become very run down. They are obviously short staffed. Room lacked working telephone and was not stocked with cups, ice bucket, washcloths or enough towels. There was no working ice maker in building. Sundry shopthat previously had extra necessities and food to purchase was empty. Bed was only redeeming feature. Will not stay here again

Couch had big stains & visibly soiled all over. Lampshades & desk chair all broken. Sheets stained. One of the TV’s couldn’t be used with the remote. No one was at desk to check in. Maid passing through tried to find him & it took about 10 minutes.

The front desk staff were never at the front desk and we had to call a number to have someone assist us. The water temperature in our room would not get above cold, not even lukewarm. The continental breakfast was horrible. The only item that was edible was the waffles that you make yourself with premade batter. The pool area needs updating as the a few chairs were ripped and not usable. The “hot tub/jacuzzi” was lukewarm. We won’t be returning.
