This house was perfect for our party of six (A family of four with a 6/8 year old, their Grandmother and Aunt). Plenty of room, my kids loved being in the hot tub and looking out at the pond with snow on the ground. Braddock Bay Park was right up the road and that was where we were meeting our family for an event so it all just couldn't have worked out any better. Joe shared all the info needed in advance and we had a great stay!

A Rochester Oasis

We have, over the decades, rented dozens of properties around the world for our family. We've never had better, more responsive support from an owner or manager. The property was clean, as represented in the pictures, and a lovely quiet location yet close to everything in the Rochester area. We highly recommend this property.

Great Rochester Family House

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place that could house my family, my parents, and my sister’s family, 10 adults. This was perfect. 15 min from downtown, but on a lake with a big yard and in a quiet area. Plenty of seating for meals. One correction on the description
it is not a 2 1/2 bay. It is a 3 bath
bonus. We will use again next time we visit.

Great house!

We came in for our daughter’s graduation and commissioning at U of R. This house accommodated our family and extended family. Kids could fish and we used grill and kayaks. I highly recommend this location.

Celebration at the Lake

great stay on the pond

This was a great vacation home to stay in. There was plenty of room and lots to do in the area. The home was clean, inviting, and very comfortable, especially if you have little ones! We had a lot of fun hanging out in the yard outside as well and spending time with family in the Rochester area. Really a wonderful vacation home!
