When I was checking in the staff member was really rude. She was really annoyed and had attitude the whole time. I had my child with me and she was rolling her eyes when I was looking for my ID. When I asked her a question about check out she said it’s at 11am with attitude. I was really looking forward since it has nice rating but I would have rather stayed somewhere else if I didn’t feel welcome. When I got to the room the room next door had a dog. The dog was barking at any noise we made which didn’t let me and my daughter sleep. I ended up putting white noise on the tv. I will not be coming back here.

I don't like adjoining rooms. The Lucky Eagle is a wonderful place to stay. Never use Expedia to book a room again, I will use the casino's booking service in future.
