Staff were very nice room not so much. Dirty not very clean, the facility was not well kept. There was a bag of garbage left in the room with a used dental flosser left on the floor. I was not sure if the bedding was changed. What happened to this place? Stayed here three years ago and the place was very nice. What happened?

Disgusting

The room itself was relativly clean aside from the feint smell of urine and smoke. The halls smelled of dog/cat urine and smoke and were not climate controled, several of the doors to rooms seemed to have been kicked in(visible broken door jams) parking lot and surrounding area was littered with drug addicts and what i assume was dog excrement and syringe caps. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but had visable track marks on both arms. My 2 yr old daughter, wife and i stayed in the room for roughly 45 min before finding other accommodations. Overall we just felt it to be an unsafe, unsanitary establishment I didnt even ask for a refund we just needed to get out of there immediately.

Convenient to a lot of stores and seamless booking at the front desk. My only complaint was that the beds could be updated in some rooms. They can be a bit sunken in, otherwise overall good experience.

Pet stay free and no size restrictions. But the door in our bathroom was mangled. Only a blanket on the bed no Comforter. It was a little loud and not from the pets! For a ome night over stop with a pet it does the job.

This place is very close to the amusement park which is why we chose it. We were given an occupied room, the next room we were given…the bathroom was dirty and the beds are damp.

We liked the price and the accommodating pet policies. The front desk associate we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Besides that, the lobby and hallways were not clean, there was mold, and it smelled like urine and cigarette smoke throughout the building.
