The staff was friendly and everything was fine untill we opened our door room 412.As soon as we opened it was full of roaches. They was everywhere. We couldnt get another hotel because everything was booked because of Halloween and everyone going to Carowinds. So we had to stay because there was no where else to go and it was 35 outside. We stayed up half the night with lights on everywhere so they wouldnt come on us. Worst night ever

Checked in & went to the room (room 114) and we seen multiple roaches!!! Go back out and tell the front desk and the lady responded with “so you want to check out” yes, yes we do!!! There were more roaches next to the fridge, baby roaches and dead ones! So disgusting!
