Coastal Retreat

Summary:

Located just a short walk to the water, this brand new home offers ultra plush beds, a spacious covered deck and a nice BBQ area. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and and open floor plan this home is perfect for a large family vacation. The master bedroom, located downstairs, has a King size bed and a nice onsuite bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs for guests along with the main living area and kitchen.



The Space:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, cutlery and dishes you will need. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together while cookiing, hanging out in the living area or playing a game at the dinner table. Upstairs there a 2 bedrooms each with there own private bathroom. The first bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the second one 2 Full beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the second living area. Off the upstairs you will find a large deck with peek a boo views of the water. There are exterior stairs from the upstairs deck to the yard. The best part of the house is the whole yard is completely fenced in. This makes it perfect if you have a fur baby or small children. You can just open the door and they can go outside without you worrying about them running off. This community also has a pool, pier and boat launch. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, Rockport Beach and everything else that Rockport has to offer is just a short ride away. Come enjoy a comfortable vacation in the Coastal Retreat for a weekend or a full week.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living areas, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings. Step outside onto the spacious covered deck and take advantage of the BBQ area. The yard is completely fenced, ideal for children and pets. Guests also have access to community amenities such as the pool, pier, and boat launch.

Nestled in the heart of Rockport, our Coastal Retreat offers easy access to all the best the area has to offer. You're just a short drive from Rockport Beach, perfect for a day of sun and sand. For dining, you'll find a variety of options nearby, from casual seafood shacks to more upscale restaurants. Grocery stores are also conveniently located for stocking up on supplies. The community itself boasts a pool, pier, and boat launch, providing opportunities for recreation right at your doorstep. Whether you're craving a relaxing beach day, a delicious meal, or a bit of local culture, everything is within easy reach from our Coastal Retreat.



Getting Around:

Getting around Coastal Retreat is easy! Free parking is available on the premises. For those flying in, the closest airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 1-hour and 30-minute drive away. While Rockport is best explored by car, local taxi and ride-sharing services are available. You'll find that many attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a short drive from the house.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Pets are allowed, making our Coastal Retreat perfect for your whole family! The property is located at 2329 North Fulton Beach Road, Rockport, Texas 78382. We kindly ask that you respect the house and leave it in a reasonably clean condition upon departure.
