We had a great stay. The room was as described, clean and spacious. The room had everything we needed, paper products, towels and a comfy bed. The patio was a good place to enjoy a cocktail before our shower and dinner. We would definitely return on our next stay. The Kontiki Beach Resort rooms or condos are the best accommodations for our visits to Rockport.Andrew & Juanita G.

Great place to relax

We wanted a nice place to relax and go fishing, we definitely found it! The owner is fast to respond to questions as well as informing us with a possible issue that was resolved before we arrived. The condo itself is beautiful, very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Definitely coming back in the future!

Just what we needed

Property was so clean and updated. Loved the decor, location, stocked items, views, etc. Owner was attentive in my inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. We walked around property but never found fishing pier. All piers had private property signs but none had our property name. We went for holiday weekend so the pool was crazy crowded so we didn't get to enjoy it.

Wonderful Family Vacation Stay!

Enough space in the bedroom for our two pack-and-plays for the littles and for our clothes (even a basket for the dirty ones!) Plenty of towels and linens and beautifully decorated! And no worries there are trolleys and elevators so you don’t have to trudge all your stuff up the stairs!! Wonderful place to stay!

Kontiki Beach Condo

From the moment we pulled up to the Fulton Kontiki Beach Resort I was in love! A fabulous location that is just off the beaten track (a five-minute drive to Rockport center) with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. The condo is decorated super cute; I think the owners are friends with Chip & Joanna Gaines, and not missing a beat when it comes to providing amenities. The condo grounds are clean and the unit is immaculate. I chose this property because of the vicinity to the bay, boat slip, and boat dockers provided. Great location for the fisherman/fisherwomen in your life. My husband and I visit this area regularly, used to have another favorite place to stay but this is now our #1.
