Enjoy your vacation at the Adventure House. This first floor condo is located in North Fulton Beach in the fun Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club. A great place for beach going visitors or Winter Texans to come and enjoy the amazing amenities.



The Space:

Discover the amenities of Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club with a 750 ft lighted fishing pier, boat launch, boat docking area, tennis courts and more! Most exciting of all, this condo sits close to the pool, so you are able to make a quick jump in the pool at any time. Relax on the patio as you enjoy the coastal air and vacation vibes.



Inside the Adventure House find a spacious living area. A fully equipped kitchen is ready with cookware, major appliances, and many more things to make preparing a meal quick and easy. Enjoy a movie with the whole family on the Smart TV in the living room. After a long day, retreat to one of the two bedrooms set with comfortable and fresh arrangements.



You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! For affordable family fun, Rockport Beach is a great place to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. Rockport is also home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Austin Street and an evening walking along the water. Sample some of the Gulf Coast's freshest seafood at any of Rockport's finest restaurants.

Great for Family

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Plenty of room for my family. Kids enjoyed the pool and walking on the pier. Location was a bit out of town but it was perfect for us. We enjoyed the blocks and games that were available in the unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice and friendly host.

Great Place in Fulton!

Stayed five nights with my family of five. Condo was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. Location was great. Pool and fishing dock were were great fun for the kids.

Location was close to the coast line. Area felt safe. Property Management of our unit Rockport Escapes was responsive and easy to work with. Wish the unit had a floor lamp and a garbage disposal- but not a deal breaker as our unit had a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the people of Rockport and the Rockport Country Club and the various restaurants in the area.

The place was nice, clean, had easy access to all the amenities, with everything we needed plus some beach/pool toys and games for the kids. The management company was quick to respond and the whole process was simple. I will say if you book this property thinking you can spend time on the beach area near the pier while your husband fishes just know it's not like the photos show anymore. There is access to the bay from the shoreline off the pier but no sandy beach spot. No biggie deal for us as the beach is a short drive down the road.
