Surrounded by forest and filled with natural light from its many expansive windows, the home feels immersed in nature while remaining just a short walk from Cape Hedge Beach and only minutes from downtown Rockport.
Step into the dramatic high-ceiling living room where soaring windows frame beautiful woodland views and sunlight pours throughout the day. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere perfect for gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cozy breakfast nook, while the screened porch offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or relaxing evenings surrounded by the forest. Just outside, the expansive deck provides another wonderful space to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The first floor features a primary queen bedroom with deck access, ample closet space, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds, along with a second full bathroom.
